I liked this location enough that I painted it twice.  This is the second of my Longmont paintings from MacIntosh Lake.  The sky was different that day, it was hot and dry.  I painted this one from a different angle.  I made a watercolor of this, then brought it back to my studio to paint it in acrylics.
